Born 1961 in Heinsberg (near Aachen, Germany), studied and trained in Bonn, Maastricht, Cologne, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca. From 1992 to 1997 worked as a solicitor in a Spanish-German law firm in Frankfurt and Marbella. Since 1997 worked in Cologne as a solicitor specialised in contract and company law, as well as in Spanish tax, contract and building law. In 1997 also passed the qualification exam for EU-lawyers at the Spanish Ministry of Justice. Since 1998 officially qualified as Spanish Lawyer and member of the Law Society of Málaga. Doctorate 2001 in Bonn with a thesis regarding comparative Spanish and German law. Member of the German-Spanish Jurist Association since 1989.

Spanish contract and commercial (business) law, Spanish real estate law, building law, Spanish tax law, international law of sucession, international commercial law, offshore-business.
